Refund & Return Policy

At Overhead Studios Ltd. , we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific return and refund policies outlined below.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized purchases are non-refundable, as these items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

General Return Policy

• Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Returned items must be undamaged and show no signs of wear or use.

• Items must be sent back in the original box and packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item was damaged during shipment:

• You will receive a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, unless otherwise instructed.

For defective or broken items that do not require return:

• Customers must send clear photos of the damage to aidan@overheadstudios.ca for review.

• Once approved, the refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

• Processing time will range between 5 to 14 days from the date of approval.
